Hosting Policy

1. Placement model

ArentDA provides a cloud infrastructure for hosting data, partner pages and user content within the established functionality.

2. Technical limitations

• Limits on the size and types of uploaded files are set by the interface and may change to protect the stability of the service.
• It is prohibited to store and distribute malicious executable files, exploit content and materials that violate the AUP and Content Policy.
• The service has the right to limit resource-intensive operations that create a disproportionate load on the infrastructure.

3. Domains and DNS

A partner can use a subdomain of the platform and/or connect his own domain, subject to the technical requirements of verification and DNS settings.

The service is not responsible for downtime caused by incorrect DNS settings, DNS propagation delays and domain registrar restrictions.

4. Security and monitoring

The infrastructure is monitored to detect anomalies, attacks and performance degradation. To protect the platform, temporary traffic restrictions and automatic blocking of suspicious activity may be applied.

5. Backup and recovery

The service applies backup of critical data and a disaster recovery plan within the available architecture. The exact RTO/RPO may vary by data type and incident class.

6. Compliance and removal of materials

The service has the right to delete or block materials if the law is violated, justified complaints are received, court orders are received, or security threats are identified.

7. Support

Technical requests for hosting are accepted at the address [email protected] indicating the domain, time of the incident and a brief description of the symptoms.
