1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files saved on the user's device to recognize the session, save settings and analyze the operation of the interface.
2. What types of cookies do we use?
- Strictly necessary: ​​authorization, session security, protection from abuse.
- Functional: interface preferences and custom display settings.
- Analytical: optional measurement of feature usage, performance, and errors through Google Analytics.
- Session replay: optional masked reconstruction of interactions on eligible public pages through Microsoft Clarity.
- Marketing: used only when the relevant tools are explicitly connected and within the framework of applicable law.
3. Purposes of use
Cookies are used to ensure stable operation of the service, personalization, improve UX, combat fraud and measure product quality.
Optional analytics is used only after consent and is configured not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking references, free-form text, or other user-entered values as analytics event parameters.
4. Shelf life
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies are stored for a limited period depending on their purpose and can be deleted manually by the user.
5. Cookie management
The user can allow or reject optional analytics in the service interface and reopen the choice at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer.
If consent is withdrawn after Microsoft Clarity has loaded, the page is reloaded so session replay does not continue in the current document.
Disabling strictly necessary cookies may result in partial or complete unavailability of functionality.
6. Third party cookies
After consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set or read cookies in accordance with their own policies. Payment pages and other third-party tools may also use their own strictly necessary technologies.
7. Session replay safeguards
Microsoft Clarity reconstructs eligible page interactions from browser events and page structure; it is not a camera or raw device-screen video recording.
Session replay is excluded from dashboard, account, authentication, booking, payment, and support chat content. Input and sensitive content is masked, and public business events use fixed technical identifiers instead of user-entered values.
