Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The document establishes a list of prohibited actions and rules for the safe and fair use of the service.
1. General principles
The user is obliged to use the service legally, in good faith and in such a way as not to violate the rights of third parties and the stability of the ArentDA infrastructure.
2. Prohibited actions
- Violation of laws, including fraud, money laundering, financing of prohibited activities.
- Unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability scanning, exploitation of security errors.
- Placing malicious code, phishing, spam, bulk automated requests without permission.
- Using other people's personal data without legal basis.
- Publishing false advertisements, fictitious offers and manipulating ratings/statistics.
- Bypassing fees, limits, role restrictions, or moderation mechanisms.
3. Using APIs and automation
Integrations and automated access are only permitted within documented APIs, limits and security rules.
- You must not perform actions that create an excessive load or impair the availability of the service for other users.
- You cannot use the API for bulk export of data that is not provided for by the functionality and agreements.
4. Reaction to violations
In case of violations, the service has the right to take measures: warning, limitation of functionality, temporary blocking, deletion of content, account closure, notification to the competent authorities.
