User Generated Content Policy
The document defines the requirements for user content, moderation and measures for violations.
1. What is UGC?
User content includes descriptions of companies and cars, prices, photos, texts, reviews, media files, messages and any other materials added through the ArentDA interfaces.
2. Content requirements
- Reliability: information must reflect the actual conditions of the service.
- Legality: absence of information and appeals prohibited by law.
- Compliance with the rights of third parties: copyrights, trademarks, personal data, image rights.
- Good quality: no intentionally misleading wording.
3. Prohibited content
- Extremist materials, discriminatory statements, calls for violence and illegal activities.
- Pornographic content, shock content, materials exploiting vulnerable groups.
- Malicious links, phishing, injection of scripts or codes that violate user security.
- Content that imitates official messages from the service and misleads users.
4. Moderation
The service has the right to use automatic and manual moderation before and after publication. Moderation decisions are made within a reasonable time frame, taking into account the priority of the risk.
If necessary, the service may request supporting documents or additional clarification.
5. Measures in case of violations
- Hiding or deleting individual content.
- Restriction of publication of new materials until violations are corrected.
- Temporary or permanent account blocking for repeated or serious violations.
6. Appeal
The user can send a moderation request to [email protected] indicating the material identifier and justification.
