General terms and conditions of the ArentDA platform
The document sets out the general rules of the platform and links individual agreements of the client, partner and legal policies of the service.
1. Purpose of general conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to the website, personal account, API, public pages, smart rental, website builder and other ArentDA interfaces.

Separate agreements for using the service apply to clients and partners. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the specific contract for the relevant role take precedence over these general terms and conditions.
2. Terms
The service is the ArentDA platform, which provides digital tools for searching, booking and publishing partner fleet showcases.
- Client - an individual who uses the service to search, request or book a car.
- A partner is a company, entrepreneur, fleet representative or other supplier that publishes vehicles and accepts applications.
- Content - any texts, images, prices, descriptions and other materials posted by users.
- Website builder - functionality for creating and publishing a partner website within the ArentDA ecosystem.
3. Separate agreements by role
The client agreement governs search, smart rentals, bookings, payments, data transfer to the partner and client responsibilities.
The partner agreement governs fleet onboarding, publication of offers, request processing, the website builder, settlements, and partner obligations.
- The client accepts the client agreement when registering, starting a request, creating a Smart Rental request, or booking.
- The partner accepts the partner agreement when registering a partner account, publishing a vehicle, sending an offer, or using the website builder.
4. General rules for using the service
The service provides the technical infrastructure for the interaction of clients and partners and is not a direct party to each rental agreement between them, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The Service has the right to update functionality, interfaces, APIs and business rules while maintaining reasonable availability and backward compatibility within the limits of technical feasibility.
- Some functions may be limited by geography, roles, tariff, verification, or account moderation status.
- Users are required to act in good faith, not to circumvent restrictions, not to interfere with the operation of the service, and not to use the data of other users for other than authorized purposes.
5. Related Policies
ArentDA's legal documentation includes Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AUP, Content Policy, DMCA Policy, Billing Policy, SLA, DPA and Hosting Policy.
These documents cover specific issues regarding data processing, payments, content, accessibility, hosting, complaints and acceptable use.
- Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data.
- Billing Policy defines general payment rules, fees, refunds and disputed transactions.
- AUP and Content Policy set restrictions on user actions and materials.
6. Security and accessibility
ArentDA takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, accounts, data and infrastructure.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, actions of providers or force majeure.
- The user is required to maintain the confidentiality of credentials and report suspected compromise.
- ArentDA has the right to apply anti-fraud checks, limits, moderation and time restrictions to protect users and the service.
7. Content and rights to it
The user retains the rights to his own content, but grants the service a non-exclusive license to store, process, display and distribute the content as part of the operation of the platform.
- Content must not violate the law, third party rights, trademarks, copyrights or image rights.
- The service has the right to delete or restrict access to content if there is a justified complaint or violations are identified.
8. Payments and commissions
Financial conditions for each product, service or commission are displayed in the interface, offer or in a separate Billing Policy.
Payments may be accepted by external payment providers; the service does not store complete bank card data.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided according to the "as is" and "as available" model. We take reasonable precautions to ensure reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted continuity.
- The service is not responsible for the actions of the parties outside the platform, including the actual execution of agreements between the client and the partner.
- The aggregate liability of the service for claims related to the use of the platform is limited to the amount of payments of the relevant user for the last 3 months, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Restriction of access and termination of use
The service has the right to temporarily limit or terminate access to an account in the event of a violation of policies, a security threat, fraud, unauthorized activity, or as required by law.
11. Changes to documents
We may update these Terms and related policies. The new edition comes into force from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the service after updates are published means acceptance of the new version.
