Copyright Policy

1. General provisions

ArentDA respects intellectual rights and will consider reasonable notices of copyright infringement regarding content posted by users.

2. What should the copyright holder notice contain?

• Identification of the work or list of works allegedly infringed.
• The exact URL/ID of the material on the service that you want to remove or restrict.
• Applicant's contact information (name, email, telephone).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of accuracy of information and authority to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
• Signature (including electronic).

3. Counter notification

A user whose content has been restricted under a DMCA application may send a counter-notification justifying the legality of the publication.

• Identification of removed/restricted content and its previous location.
• Disclaimer that the material was removed/restricted due to mistake or misidentification.
• Contact details and consent to resolve the dispute in the applicable jurisdiction.

4. Review procedure

After receiving a valid notification, the service can promptly restrict access to the controversial material and notify the author of the publication.

Upon receipt of a correct counter-notification, the service acts in the manner prescribed by applicable law and internal compliance procedures.

5. False statements

Knowingly false claims of copyright infringement may result in liability under applicable law and restriction of access to the service.
